Meet with Cindy in-person or via Zoom to learn how health and wellness coaching can benefit you. This call gives you an opportunity to learn what Cindy can offer and to see if it's a good fit for you. Customized package options and recommendations can be made, tailored to your specific needs.

PACKAGES

Three-month, six-month and customized packages are available. Packages include a 1-hour foundation session and 30- to 45-minute weekly or bi-weekly follow-up sessions that will provide guidance, assessment of progress on your wellness plan, resources and accountability.

SINGLE SESSIONS

Collaborate with Cindy on a specific goal, co-creating a plan of action. Single sessions are best for those with specific goals and those who don't require follow-up support and accountability. This also includes group sessions around a specific topic.

PERSONALIZED

Our initial session will take a look at your current health and wellness reality and where you would like to be. This will serve as the foundation for co-creating a plan of action.
